Le site de plongée est situé dans la province de Namur, prés de la ville de Philippeville. Vous arrivez sur une route et il faut suivre les panneaux jusqu’à la carrière. En premier lieu, on découvre un hangar avec une barrière que l’on contournera tous deux par la droite. Ensuite, on arrive sur le parking avec la buvette. La carrière se trouve en contre bas.
Il y a des vestiaires chauffés qui sont à plus ou moins 30m de la mise à l’eau.
La première fois qu’on vient sur le site, il faut s’inscrire et payer la cotisation annuelle de 50 cents pour la fréquentation de la carrière. Suite à cela, on reçoit un numéro d’inscription qui permet de s’identifier dans la base de données lors des prochaines visites. La première plongée coûte 4€ et la seconde 2,50€. Pour le gonflage, il faut consulter les tarifs qui sont disponibles sur le site internet de la carrière.
Il y a une cabane sur la montée. On y trouve une bouteille d’O2 et de quoi assurer les premiers secours. Par contre, chaque groupe doit assurer sa propre sécurité en surface.
Lors de cette plongée, vous pourrez voir un avion dans les eaux entre 3 à 5m, un voilier vers 16m et un bateau remorqueur vers 30m de profondeur. Il y a moyen de faire des plongées jusqu’à 50m.
La buvette propose une petite restauration, mais il faut réserver le repas avant de plonger.

The dive site is located in the province of Namur, near the town of Philippeville. You will arrive on a dirt road and you must follow the road signs signaling the quarry. In first place, a large shed appears with a barrier that must be bypassed both on the right. You will arrive on a parking with a small restaurant. The Quarry and the dive launch area are below.
There is a warmed up cloakroom that are at 30m from the launch.
The first time that you comme on the dive site, you must register and pay the annual fees that costs 0,50€ for the attendance of the quarry. After that, you will receive a registration number that allows to identify in the database for your next attendance. The first dive costs 4€ and the second one 2,50€. The prices to refill the tank are available directly on the quarry website.
There is a cabin on the ascending path. An oxygen tank and a first aid kit can be found. However, each group must insure its own surface safety.
During the diving, you could encounter a fighter between 3 and 5m, a sailboat at 16m and a tugboat at 30m depth. It is even possible to reach a depth of 50m if needed.
The restaurant proposes a menu with snacks, but the meal must be booked before the dives.
